how to create YOUR own distintive and unique Outlaw group!!!

Many people have comented and inquired how we have organised and carried out such unique outlaw groups.
We the pirates of the good ship enfield arms ( North London) have had two sucessful years of events (well last year and last event), with two distinct outlaw groups:

The Barbary Corsairs – 2009, purple sash, crazy turkish and middle easten out laws with flamboyant clothes and
hats, fezs and turbans.

Pirates of the South China Seas- 2010, green sash, oriental chinese and japanese outlaws including are own pet
panda bear (and some "Ninjas")

Well its easy, Look through the web site there are two full page of ideas at www.scurvyscum.com/who.htm and www.scurvyscum.com/pirates.htm.

If you want to do others, such as Zulu trappers or mongul Smuggler/Wreckers, talk with Martin, he is very helpful and keen for new distintive groups and may offer advice, help and also it may give hime some ideas of theme and monster to add to his game.

We discussed the south sea pirate with Martin last year. The chinese shanty slum, dragon and ratmen were all his idea and additions!

Lastly We of the Enfield Arms crew, love the idea if its fun and funny we'll do it, we apologise to anyone offended to our over the top steriotyping, or histortical inacurate portray of theres people.

Go on have a go!!! Use site like facebook to send idea around and do something different then your normal pirates.

For the barbary corsairs costumes, we looked up google images and try, barbary corsairs, turkish pirates, ottoman empire pirates ect.
we observed that fez or terbans were need, costume shops.
The clothes very loose and long and baggie, found some cool trouser at camden market, morrocan style and other clothes from bangladesh and indian sari shops.

For the south sea pirates,
Martial art shops and http://www.blitzsport.com/ for some kits, and china town london for chienese shirts, suits, kung fu
slippers, and hats.

having a theme helps and plan early,then add to you custumes slowly.

I enjoyed your Chinese mission look at the last event.

Not too sure where the ninja came in, (other than a fine joke, that I felt got overplayed, 2 times, funny, 3 or more, i was expecting it to be the cover for an attack/hit!)

We were/ are South sea pirates,

Chinese and Japanese warriors, If there were Ninjas, then they came out two night only!!! If anyone was venturing out away from a no combat zone
( Inside and around the crimson moon) then these so called ninja did attack, like the casino and also a hit/war with the red sash butchers!!!!

Mugging were planned but at night you pirate guys hide or walk around in scared large groups.or were out of charator on you mobile phones!!
